Rules & Regulations - DRAFT
The Little Thompson Water District’s Rules and Regulations outline the policies that guide how we deliver safe, reliable water service to our customers. These documents help ensure consistency, transparency and accountability in how the District operates.
As a Title 32 special district, LTWD is governed by state statute and overseen by a Board of Directors elected by the community. The Board establishes the policies included in these Rules and Regulations, and the District’s staff is responsible for implementing them in day-to-day operations.
Originally adopted in 1996 and updated periodically, these Rules and Regulations reflect the District’s ongoing commitment to serving its customers with clarity, consistency and transparency.
